The following students were the Top Girl and Boy AR Point earners for October 1-31st. Their names are displayed in a frame in the Lower School Library. The frame is updated monthly.

1st Grade: Anvi Shetty with 45.4 points and Matthew Herren with 27.6 points

2nd Grade: Avery Jesel with 10.9 points and Aiden Rainey with 10.7 points

3rd Grade: Natalie Chapar with 56.8 points and Robby McGoldrick with 33.9 points

4th Grade: Lauren Holley with 24.6 points and Arayman Shetty with 55.9 points

5th Grade: Avery Lewis with 170.1 points and Grant Kilgore with 61.0 points

EXTREME Explorers Make A Visit

Is that Marco Polo, Christopher Columbus, and Ferdinand Magellen I see? Why, I do believe it is!!
Fifth grade created some outstanding explorer pumpkins to go along with their current unit of study. Be sure to drop by the library to meet ALL of our visitors.

5th Grade and K5 Working Together

Mrs. Canup's K5 and Mrs. Gunnin's 5th grade classes met up Thursday afternoon in the library for some jack-o-lantern creativity. Each K5 student was paired with a 5th grade student to create a construction paper jack-o-lantern. Great fun was had by all involved! The creations are now on display in the K5 hallway.

Welcome back after our fall break. The month of October is slowly ticking by. Don't forget to get those mystery book reports completed by Halloween. A chapter or two each day will help keep the bad grades away!!
